How long does a remodel take?
Most bathroom remodels run 2–4 weeks and kitchens 4–8 weeks depending on scope. Because our plumbing, electrical, and carpentry crews are in-house, we control the schedule — no waiting on subcontractors.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Banner Construction holds Nevada license #0072905 (B-2 Residential & Small Commercial) plus our own plumbing & heating (C-1 #0073434), electrical (C-2 #0073993), and carpentry (C-3 #0072906) licenses — fully bonded and insured, and BBB accredited.
Do you handle design as well as construction?
Yes — our design-build approach means one team plans your remodel and builds it. You get a single contract, a single point of contact, and no gaps between "the designer's plan" and "what the builder can do."
Can you remodel while we live in the home?
In most cases, yes. We stage the work to keep your home livable, protect floors and furniture, and clean up at the end of every day. Kitchens get planned so you're never without essentials longer than necessary.
